Our puppies recieve their first puppy shot at 8 weeks old. They get a DAP series and recieve DAP #1. They usually stay inside until they recieve their first shot.

Our puppies are raised inside and get a lot of attention. They are well adjusted to different sounds, sights, smells, music, TV, and noise levels when they come to you. This helps make their transition easier and makes them better pets.

Normally our puppies visit the vet twice during their short stay with us. Once, just after birth and once to recieve their first shot. They also will visit the vet to get their health certificate for flying if your puppy is being shipped to you.

Purchase Agreement

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale and, if older than 8 weeks, will be started on its inoculations. The customer has a health guarantee extending to five (5) working days in which to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so. If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong or life threatening with the puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value when one becomes available. The licensed veterinarian must provide a written letter to my veterinarian to explain the findings. In the event of a death of the puppy in the first 3 months, an autopsy obtained and paid for the by the owner will need to be provided to my veterinarian. This is to provide information that the death was caused by an illness which the puppy had prior to time of sale.

The seller assumes no responsibility of the puppy or dog after leaving the breeder's premises. This extends to, but is not limited to, normal medical expenses, mortality, allergies to animals,  skin fungus, disagreements of family, or small children who may drop or mishandle the animal. There is no guarantee of  the size your puppy will grow. If shipped, buyer is responsible for 100% of all shipping charges. We reserve the right to price puppies according to confirmation, sex, color, size, or pedigree. All deposits must be made for puppies to be place on hold for a buyer and all deposits are non-refundable. In the case of a puppy not being able to be shipped or released to the buyer due to weather or other conditions, another date will be set up for release of the animal. Spayed and neutered animals make better pets and I urge you to speak with your veterinarian about the benefits of this.

Please remember, puppies are small and take lots of love and care.
